Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Pick a product, size and quantity anywhere on the site, then tap “Order via WhatsApp.” A pre-filled message opens — send it, and we confirm your order personally in the chat. No accounts, no checkout, no cards.

Question 2

How does Cash on Delivery work?

Accepted Answer

Cash on Delivery is our only payment method, by choice. You pay in cash when your order arrives at your door. We never ask for card details or prepayment.

Question 3

Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?

Accepted Answer

We deliver across Lebanon — Beirut, Mount Lebanon, the Beqaa, North and South. Orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days. We confirm timing with you on WhatsApp.

Question 4

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

No strict minimum — order a single pouch if you like. For very small orders a modest delivery fee may apply depending on your area; we’ll always tell you the total on WhatsApp before confirming.

Question 5

How should I store the olive oil, and how long does it keep?

Accepted Answer

Keep the bottle in a cool, dark cupboard — never next to the stove. Sealed, it keeps 18–24 months from harvest; once opened, enjoy it within a few months for the fullest flavor.

Question 6

How should I store the zaatar?

Accepted Answer

An airtight jar away from light and moisture. Naturally dried thyme keeps its aroma for up to 12 months, though it is at its most fragrant in the first six.
